Can anyone tell me what muscle relaxers they have used vaginally for pelvic muscle relaxation that had the fewest side effects. Please let me know what was the longest acting and level of effectiveness for you. Im happy crushing and mixing with olive oil. Doesnt just have to be the compounded ones. Any help would be great!

They can prescribe Valium taken orally of a suppository. Another helpful medication is Baclofen.

Yes, I have had baclofen compounded with valium and lidocaine. It worked really well - but for me short term response - around 4 hours of relief. Hope this helps!

I use diazepam 5-10 mg i crush it and mix with lubricant i was told that 70% of it is used to relax the area and the rest into the system so it dose not make you drossy but i still take 2mg 2 times in day time to keep onto of it
