Could your pelvis be slightly out of alignment?? Have you had this checked out?

Xx

hi there.

not much help as to cause but have had the same pubic/pelvic bone pain since 2012.my then GP said "im not having anything to do with your stomach"-my reply was "it s not .its my pelvis." and thought since when has my stomach been in my pelvic area.Havent been given any reason for that but few months ago prolapse was mentioned(not by gp but physio)physio suggested see gynae but that didn't happen.

I find microwaveable heat pads give some relief .

I assume you have seen your GP?have you had a scan /xray?i have but they were said to be "normal".pudental nerve damage has been mentioned several times on this forum.

I hope you get some answers and maybe some other members can offer you reasons and advice more than I can.

The organ directly below the pelvic bone is the bladder. I suggest using an ice pack to help reduce the pain (15-20 minutes per hour). Heat energises nerve endings and may increase your pain after the heating pad is removed. I've numbs the pain and calms the nerve endings.

Best wishes!
