About 4 months ago I had some spotting which was followed by horrible stabbing pains in what I assume to be my left ovary, I got really nauseas and feverish and ill. Ended up at A&E and treated for a suspected UTI due to WBC in my urine (no bacteria grew when cultured)
Gradually the fever and illness subsided as I took antibiotics but the pelvic pain has remained, sometimes I can't feel it and I can go about as normal, but then 80% of the time it aches spreading down into my leg and into back/hip. Walking and running can sometimes cause it to hurt when I put my left foot down.
Been back to the GP recently, tested for all STIs (all negative) and again WBCs in urine but no bacteria grew at culture.
My GP has said she'll try to book me in for some scans, which I assume she meant ultrasound but could take 6 weeks and it's likely I will be back home for a month then and no back here until September.
Feeling completely alone as my SO doesn't know how to help me when the pain starts and all the doctors I've seen seem to dismiss me very quickly, especially when I mention I have anxiety.
Has anyone had anything similar? I feel the pain isn't very 'intense' so I'm finding it difficult to relate to some of the more common things I'm seeing on here!

Suspected Vulvadynia? Severe and constant clitoris pain/burning with some pain underneath. All exacerbated by sitting/walking/weeing. 
Undiagnosed Pelvic, Urethral, and Vaginal Pain / Itch / Bloating
