I'm scared to go to the hospital.

Hello, I'm having pain in my lower abdomen right side onset of this pain I spotted once since this happened. It's been over a week since I've had this weird pain. Like a slight twinge kinda sharp and only really hurts when I move a certain way or do certain things. It feels as if it's inside of me moving around like it's knocking against my other organs it's hard to explain. No vomiting or fever and it doesn't hurt constantly only when I move or lay down on my stomach or cough or inhale to deep when I go to empty my bladder it hurts a little. I can feel it their like something isn't right and I have Endometriosis. Could this be a cyst? Infection?
