Before I say anything,

I don't know what's happening with my body and outve everything that my symptoms could possibly be caused by, endo and pcos stick out like a sore thumb.

So, I'm 15 years old and my periods are really irregular. They basically come whenever they please. (But come every month) Also, when I get them they're heavy so heavy I have to change my "personals" every 2-3 hours. And they're always painful, I've never had an easy period, and I've always had to rely on Advil and aleve just to make it through the day. So, my symptoms are:

•Pelvic pain that lasts for weeks, comes and goes when it wants.

•Sharp pains/spasms mostly on the left side of my abdomen

•Pain defecating during period and horrible pain trying to remove a tampon.

•constipation

•Nausea

•And pms symptoms that happen weeks before period.

•shooting pains/pressure (more intense than cramps& it seems to be "down there") that's what it feels like

•I've also noticed an increase in hair on my chest, and stomach.

And the last two periods were so light that I didn't need a tampon which is unusual for me. I

'm sorry this is lengthy but I have an appointment for the gyno. On august 11th and I'm so nervous can somebody give me some insight on what this could be ?

Thank you all so much!

It may be wise to ask for an ultrasound when you see the gynaecologist if he/she doesn't mention it. This could be endometriosis and/or pcos.
