PPSN would like your help to answer their quick survey on Pelvic Pain - just two questions!

PPSN is a partner in a proposed trial of a drug for chronic pelvic pain. To help shape the trial design, we need to do a quick survey of women who have chronic pelvic pain - just two questions!

We ask that you do this before Friday 25th July 2014 please.
