lower left pain

I am 19 and I've lately have had a pain in my left lower abdomen when I sit down its a sharp pain almost like a cramp it jumps me right back up. just for safety's I took a pregnancy text and it was negative. but now im concerned. does anyone what this could be?

Hi sounds more like a bowel issue than anything else. Having said that it could be realated to your ovary, say, ovulation , if it happens once every two months . You need to go and see your GP For them to feel the area of concern and go from there. Good luck jx

How long have you had this ? if it continues it would be wise to ask about having an ultrasound

ive had it for about a month and now it stopped and I have a bad cold
