Just wondering why you are on both of these ? seems quite unusual to have bleeding

I am on the Zoladex because it helps with the pain. Not been diagnosed yet. Then Consultant said i should have HRT as an add back. Bleeding for 13 days, now spotting a bit and it keeps changing colour from red to dark brown
