Go to the doctors but don't expect an immediate diagnosis. You may be prescribed painkillers and if it persists sent for a scan. Be persistent with your doctor and make sure you can describe the pain which can be difficult. There are loads of conditions that can cause your symptoms and most are not life threatening. Hope you fell better soon

Pain in the lower right could be appendicitis easily tested by pressing a point on the abdomen. It could be the ovary. It could be infection in the abdomen which would explain the bulky feeling and leg pain.

As gd39 says, go to the gp and start eliminating diseases and conditions with various tests.

Maybe keep a pain diary - time, type of pain, any triggers, what makes it worse, what makes it better. It will give you and the gp a better picture of whats happening than just saying I have pain.

This diagnostic process can take many months.
