Hi,

I'm not sure how you would go about buying a vibrating vest in South Africa, as we are UK based. Maybe try Googling suppliers.

It's not something we tend to use here in the UK, as generally the phsiotherapists encourage a more hands on approach, using such things as the 'Active Cycle of Breathing Technique', 'Autogenic Drainage', the use of adjuncts, such as the Acapello, etc. it varies between PCD people, what their physios recommend and what they find works for them.
