went to a pbc workshop today and what an amazing time i had came away a different person and a lot of questions answered would highly recommend it to anyone please go if there is one in your area you will find it helpful !!!!!!!!!

Robert is an inspiration and first time I had met other people with same condition(it is a condition) we must take charge of not let it take charge of us.

It's wonderful that you have taken away so much from these workshops.

We try really hard to look at PBC as holistically as possible and give you as many tips and techniques as we can to give you every tool possible to best manage your own condition(s).

How do I find out where these are held and when?

I believe there are no more planned for Wales ths year and am not sure when the next ones are being held elsewhere. I think it all depends on where sponsorship is gained for the work shops as this is what pays for them.

However if you are a member of the PBC Foundation, then you will get info via the Bear facts or from your local volunteer.

You can of course always ring the office and check to see if any workshops will be coming up in the near future. It was nice meeting some new faces yesterday
