Thursday's Thoughts

Sometimes in life we just have to adjust to those 'change of plans', don't we? This morning is Grandparents' Day at my 12 year old Grandson's school. But.... yesterday evening we found out our bank card had been compromised when it was not accepted for an Amazon payment on an order. Ugh!

So...this morning I will be going to Grandparent's Day and my husband will be going to the bank.

How often do some of you make plans for that special time with a friend or family member and have to cancel at the last minute due to the fatigue? I can remember all too well that happening to me too.

With PBC we never know what the day will bring. We make plans just as we should. We can't just stay home and avoid disappointment - not knowing how we will feel when the time comes. We, unfortunately, have this happen though. But.... we still make those plans. We can't stop being social or seeing those who we want to spend time with around the 'what ifs'.

We all owe it to ourselves to keep making those plans, accepting those invitations to go somewhere, and planning those trips. We owe it to ourselves to keep living life! Yes, PBC might slow us down some days but it sure won't keep us down. Seize the day!!!
