Earlier in the week, I talked about how important it was to take time to take care of yourself -not only mentally but also physically. Taking time for you! I want to follow up on this. I would like you to share what you did this past week just for you. How did you make time to do something that just made you feel better about life - and yourself. Women, are my nature, care givers. We give to everyone but seldom to ourselves. We matter too! None of us can continue to care for others if we don't have anything left to give. I hope everyone remembers to just do one nice thing for themselves every week. I look forward to reading that you did..... it doesn't have to be earth shaking by any means.

This week I went to the dentist to get my teeth looked after. Did my strength and condition class, my pliaties class and aerobic class. So looked after myself well I think😉
I just did 90 minutes of water aerobics this evening. It's good for me physically but just as much mentally for sure. I try to go 2x/week.
I made sure I walked on the treadmill 4 days for 40 minutes. I always feel better afterwards.
From someone who hates the treadmill, I applaud you! Good for you!!! We do feel better or sure when we do some exercise.
