So, how do you get it? Make sure you are registered with the PBC Foundation. Both registering with us and using the app are absolutely free.

I encourage you in the strongest terms to get ready to make sure you have this.

It will have a huge amount of information, including our compendium, lay guidelines and various leaflets.

It has trackers so you can record tests (not just liver), symptoms, mood, medications, and any notes or questions for your clinician.

It has self-management information, tools and support techniques.

It has the ability for you to prioritise your own experience. So if itch is important to you, or Alk Phos, or even your bone density, you can bring those to the fore.

It will update itself to keep you informed of news, events, research opportunities and results.

It will allow you to share certain aspects with your clinicians, e.g. your fatigue tracker to ensure they have as much information as possible.

Oh... and there is one more awesomely awesome surprise with it too... but we shall announce that later. Soon.... but later...
