It's Monday Me!

I know in the past week there have some very poignant posts - acknowledging the fact that we are no longer the same person before PBC, that we can feel hopeless, dealing with our own physical limitations.

This can be so hard. I know from my own experience with PBC. So many of you do too....

Today please take a few minutes to just reflect on how much you like yourself. I came across any article the other day about writing yourself a love letter. I loved that idea.

I know some days that would be very hard for you to do. Give some thought about what that first sentence would be in your letter to yourself.

Be kind to yourself today. Do one thing that makes you smile - makes you happy.

If any wants to share that first sentence, please do. We all need to know that we are taking care of ourselves.
