Hello all!

I hope some of you over the last week or so took the time for yourself. I know we are coming up on a busy season for the year. Never forget you matter enough to take even 15 minutes just for 'you'.

Thanks for that reminder. During busy times we often think of ourselves last and sometimes that is too late if fatigue or other symptoms kick in, I saw my doctor on Friday and he reminded me to give myself some grace and take some time for me every day. He is a gem and I am lucky he is my doc. Happy Thanksgiving.
