Who can relate to exchanging little 'themed' Valentines with your classmates?

We used to love decorating that special shoe box with the slit in the top. Used it to them to drop their Valentines cards in they gave me. Every one had one... good memories! 🥰🖍️💌

I remember it! We always had a little party on Valentines Day. My favorite part was those little ice cream cups that were half a sherbet and half vanilla. Do you remember the really old valentines that had the glitter on them? Some of them we had to punch out. When my kids were in school they still had Valentines Day parties but the valentines we bought then ( in the 80’s )were kind of ugly. I don’t know if they still do that.

We married in the snow on Valentines Day 1970 so the meaning changed a little for us

We got engaged on V Day. It's always a day to celebrate for us - even after 52 years. Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary then. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

Never had anything like that here. I once worked in a ceramic tile factory though and had several valentine tiles come round the factory on the belt that ran the length of the factory. Very embarrassing, never blushed as much in my life.
