Thank you so much to those of you that responded to 'Tuesday Tip' regarding brain fog. I hope to read more of your stories and experiences. If you have found even one thing that helps you, sharing with all of us can help someone else.

I encourage any of our members to feel free to post about their experiences with brain fog. I feel as this is an ongoing problem, it should be an ongoing discussion.

Never be afraid of embarrassed to share anything. We are all in this together! We all 'get it'.
