Is there any 'self care' going on out here from anyone?

Anyone?
I did… or I do. I take a gym class 2x a week and today I did a little hike up the Hess incline. It’s 150 steps up and then a little walk down. I did that round 2x. I try to do 1 hour of exercise every day. I don’t always love it but I feel better at least for a little while after I’ve done it.
It’s good to hear from you again. A lot of people are really missing you on your Facebook page. ( myself included)

Every morning before I go to work I walk 5- 6 miles, 7 days a week, unless weather prevents me. It has made such a great improvement in how I feel. Now if I can only get my diet in order!
Good for you! Eating healthy is not always easy -- I speak from much experience. For most lots of fryits/vegs/fish, and lean meats. Be patient with yourself. Search for eating in a way that works for you. WW or Mediterranean maybe. There is no PBC diet really.
I try and walk the dog for 30 minutes a day, I treat myself to reiki or reflexology once a month. I rest when my body tells me to. I enjoy taking grandkids out for days out treats in London. I was only diagnosed end of last year with PBC no response from my specialist on anything so I tend to use these helpful sits for advice and I have also brought the PBC book which I use to help with my knowledge of PBC x
Are you taking Urso and getting labs drawn every 3-6 months? That book is so helpful. Have you joined the PBC Foundation? If not, please do. pbcfoundation.org.uk Please get all your information from reputable sources. PBC Foundation has so much to offer. Ask anything here as well.
I do 20 minutes intense circuit workout and a couple of times a week Tabata workouts (8 times 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest). I’ve also changed my diet to keto and also do intermittent fasting. I love to walk and hike (I’m grateful to live so close to the Canadian Rockies), kayaking and cycling in the summer. I’m turning 65 at the weekend and I feel great! 😊
I am grateful that we are spending the next two months in southern Florida. Hubby and I walk a lot and I do aqua aerobics twice a week and Yoga once a week. The water aerobics really feels good for anyone who has joint pain. Have a good week!
