some doctors do suggest taking it at night to help avoid any GI problems like nausea. Others take it all at once. I think the important thing is to be sure you are taking the right dose and get it all in during each day. If you are one to forget to take it, then maybe take it all at once. You have to find what works for you. Never hesitate to talk to your own doctor about this is it is presenting a problem for you.
When I was first prescribed URSO it was suggested that the dose be taken twice a day, I think this helps the body get used to the new medication. I now take all mine in the evening with dinner this helps me digest the URSO without it repeating on me.
I was to take it 3 times a day. Constantly forgot at least once a day. I now take all 3 right before bed with no worries. I did ask the doc and, just like Prof Jones, she said whatever works for me is fine.bits the dosage, not the timing
