My sugar levels are bad tonight I took my dogs out felt light headed blood sugars were 3.2 had some flap Jack thay went 14.5 left it an hour then thay were 18.7 very worried could this have something to do with pbc or could it be a hormone problem as I'm due on even though my periods are all over the place any advice please welcome 😢

Due you have a diabetic nurse that you could talk to? Are you medicated or diet controlled on your diabetes? Sorry for so many questions but with menses being all over the place are you peri menopausal or menopausal? I know fluctuations in diabetes is not overly good for you but I have not heard about it being a PBC thing specifically. Can you get a telephone consultation with your GP - I know its a Friday but you might get one if your surgery operates a triage system.
