Upper Back pain

Does any have pain in the mid 5o upper back after eating.

I have noticed this occasionally and some times it's quite bad.

I used to get that. It was refered pain from my stomach.

Thanks for reply. Was it gastritis. What helped yours. Sorry lots of questions, I had gastritis and I'm on nexus.
