Does anyone else experience extreme sweating with PBC or is this unusual?

This is not something I have experienced more since diagnosis, I have always sweated through my head more so than other parts of my body. If you are of menopausal age this may be a contributing factor.

I read that a study established no connection between the two.

I was diagnosed this past December and funny that you ask this question as I was going to ask this question as well. I was put on Urso in December and my night sweats have become much worse. Have no clue if this is a symptom of PBC or the Urso.

I did before I started Urso. Drenched at night, head constantly wet. Well past menopause so that was not the reason. It took a while, about a year, but all good now :)

I did before Urso. It was a cold, clammy perspiration, not at all like menopause, which was fiery hot from the inside out.

Occasionally, if I eat too much sugar, drink 1/2 glass of wine, or have rich food, I will still awaken in the night drenched in sweat.
