PBC and itching question

Can a person have itching with very early disease or does it come in later stages only?

Symptoms and the progression of pbc do not correlate at all, which is why the condition is somewhat difficult to grasp.

I started my journey with severe itching to the point of bleeding all over my body. That is how they found my PBC. My doc said I am in a really early part of the disease. Symptoms do not indicate the progression like Ninjagirlwebb said. Some people will never itch (lucky). What I have learned from this site it everyone is different. The journeys we have all started with and are going through will never be textbook. You just need a good doctor that will listen to you.

Itching comes early and in my case hasn't stopped I wrote another post an out my case of PBC I live in MI so under University of Michigan doctor through my gastrorologist.
