Hi there

Yes I was transferred to Another hospital and I am on a clinical trial at the moment. I am classed as a nonresponder to uso so my local dr didn't know what to do next. All bloods are normal now after a year on the trial.

My new hepatologist added bezafibrate to my Ursofalk and my numbers finally came down. I am a non responder to Urso for years too.

There is a lot of positive research on finrates and PBC! Google bezafibrate or fenofibrate and PBC.

Good luck!

Yes, I was placed on Ocaliva plus my Urso around two years ago. I was transferred to Indianapolis to the IU medical hospital university. With the combination of my GI & my heptologist at IU we've managed to get me stabilized at stage 4 PBC with varicies & stage F4 cirrhosis. Honestly, the change has been awesome with my numbers. My ALK Phos is still a little elevated but everything else had fell into place. Thankful for those who were a part of the trial studies with Ocaliva. This combination of meds have been God sent.

Stay Strong ❣️
