Hi All have had PBC for over 10 years and now i am showing high Creatinine levels, has anybody else noticed their levels going up, just wondered if it could have anything to do with taking Urso. Any feed back would be great Tia.

Hi that's a good question I can't help you sorry I just started the URSO last year so I guess it's too soon so far I have normal labs, I hope someone responds for you. Have you asked the PBC foundation for this information? You could ask your doctor if they have seen this?
Creatinine levels relate to kidney function I have it done with other kidney tests, for monitoring a kidney problem, but not sure urso would affect it though, which is a good question. It's worth discussing it with your doctors to know why your levels have increased. If it was a one off increase are you drinking enough water.
