Sore fingers

Hi all, I have PBC and Sjogrens, recently the top of my fingers on my right hand are very sore, the quicks on three fingers are raised and I wear plasters to stop them catching.

Has anyone any suggestions, maybe I'm lacking something - even google doesn't know! Thankyou folks in advance kandypat

I have not heard anyone with this problem but you suggest that you may be lacking something. I have read many times that sufferers of PBC may lack vitamins A D & K and I think vitamin E as well.

Do you cream the quicks to stop them from splitting?

I wonder if a visit to the doctor could answer your question if no one else on here has any other suggestions.
