Welcome to the site, I would say please try not to worry too much and sign up to the Pbc foundation who will give loads of information on Pbc.

There are many people on here who will help with their own experiences and I'm sure some may help too.

Depending on the area you live there may be groups who meet up to discuss their journey through their experience of Pbc, you can get this info from the foundation.

This is a safe place to share your worries and concerns and get some really good advice. You'll find a very broad range of people and you can pretty much guarantee someone will have experiences just like you so will be able to help ease any worry or answer your questions. Sorry to hear of your diagnosis : ( I'm glad you're here though as it's a great place to meet others going through what you're going through and the foundation is a great place to get information ...you're in the right place. I know being diagnosed can be very scary - I didn't know what to think when I was diagnosed. You're in a good place though, having been diagnosed in stage 1, the sooner you start on the URSO the better

Thanks for the encouraging words. I know I have been depressed and unable to tolerate the ursodiol. Hope I will be able to take the new medication soon. Also have an appointment with a liver doctor.
