PBC - sinus problems

Hi folks I was diagnosed with PBC in Sept 2015 then followed by diagnosis of Hashimoto Thyroid disease. Now on Urso and levothyroxine. Suffering badly with sinus trouble any tips to relieve this other than steam inhaling.

Just had a bad case of sinus I used a nasal saline cleaner seem to do the trick. Hope this helps

Hi, you have my sympathy,  I wake up in the morning with a headache from my sinus.  But as I have Sjogrens its a dry sinus problem.   I spray with a sea salt spray at night and in the morning.  You can buy it in a chemist. Before i discovered the spray I would have antibiotics which would last about three weeks until it all started again.

I have both as well - been waking up with headaches and my nose is always dry - perhaps it;s the same thing - good grief.
