This morning I learnt of the passing of a friend. A few weeks ago I wrote on here about a young lady who was waiting for a 4th liver transplant.. I have met Kate and she never gave up and encouraged others not to do so. My heart goes out her family. RIP Kate..x

He'll Brummie, I think this girl's story has touched us all and serves to remind us how lucky we are to have developed BOX later in our lives. My thoughts and sympathy go to her family and yourself.
So sorry to hear this - may she rest in peace
So sorry Brummi.... RIP Kate.
I also remember reading your post and thinking about how sad it was that she had to undergo a fourth liver transplant at such a young age. Wish her family strength to cope with the loss of such a young life. I remember you are the recipient of a liver through transplant and I guess her story was all the more poignant for you. Wish all the PBC sufferers a long and pain-free life!
