I made a mistake when ordering from Apohealth and now have 8 x10 packets of Cyano instead of Hydroxo. 🙄Would it be Ok to use them or not. What might be the implications?
Thank you!

Ive no personal experience buf my friend in Canada hax tried all sorts of b12.
Shes settled on cyanocobalamin.
Only thing I've read is it may not last as long in your system.
Try one and see ?
Clivealive was started on cyanocobalamin in the UK and has stayed on it
Fine to use , unless you suffer from the eye problem called Leber’s disease . They work fine . You might have to inject a little more often.
It is the type of B12 that is most commonly used in the USA. REMEMBER , when ordering to order B12 DEPOT . DEPOT INDICATES Hydroxocobalamin. Just B12 will bring up Cynocobalamin.
For Panpharma just use the Pharmaceutical reference code 16199653 for Hydroxocobalamin.
I use both/either, there is no difference for me.
I did this once and found it was less stingy and worked just as well 😊
It's all we are prescribed in the US and it works great.
I was going to say this- my prescription for injectable is Cyano, and its good for me although I do weekly injections.
Thanks
I’ve been on cyanocobalamin for 26 years no side effects, where as hydro I’m allergic to.
Just see how you go with them. They are supposed to be more stable and have a longer shelf life. Personally, I noticed a difference and prefer hydroxocobalamin.
I got hydroxocobalamin when I first started self injecting, I think I was following a link someone gave me. (And that's what I get from the doctors too). Then I bought cyanocobalamin by mistake, also because it was cheaper, but it just didn't work as well. I used it for 2 or 3 weeks. I just didn't feel good on it. Learnt about the different forms of cobalamin. Got more hydroxocobalamin and within 2 shots had perked up noticeably.
