I could just be wigging out. Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to methyl (tightness in chest) and take cyano just fine?
I might only be able to have methyl my new dr said

Not sure I follow what is going on because your last post was talking about getting on better with methyl than cyano.
There are certainly periods of posting on here where people come along with problems caused by methyl and some even find it makes their symptoms worse.
Sorry it does seem confusing! I've just noticed as good as I feel after methyl infusions, several times I had very tight chest hours after the infusions. Maybe it's a cofactor thing I need more potassium and iron on those days or something and I'm sure I'd be dead by now if it were a true serious allergy. Just iffy
I think your guess about cofactors is probably right. I inject every day (preferably methyl, but I've run out) and I find I have to be very careful about keeping up potassium and magnesium.
Thank you for your comment. I feel I don't have to do anything with my cyano shots and I don't feel any benefit from them anyway. But I instantly notice methyl infusions and some negative aspects too. But when I was getting the first couple methyl infusions I wasn't on anything for my 8 level ferritin because he didn't get the test results back. So maybe having my iron up and on supplements it won't be as bad this next time I try it
I just felt generally 'rough' after a methyl jab. So much so, that I gave the rest of the packet away.
