When folate is low does anyone feel very nervous

I have increased B12 injections while on antibiotics for an infection and finding it hard to keep everything else in range due to poor appetite .I take 400 mcg folic acid .would I feel very nervous and shaky with low folate or because of general infection

Infection and antibiotics I would think.Eat little and often.
