IFAB test preparation

Hopefully I have finally been allowed an IFaB test by the surgery Clinician which I am intending to have tomorrow morning along with being tested for Lyme disease 😱 I am, however, taking 2900mcg sublingual - 900mcg methyl from B complex, 1000mcg Solgar cyano and 1000mcg B12 complex (methyl, adeno and hydroxo). Will the oral supplements affect the testing ? I am reluctant to stop them as I crash quite quickly without them (within a week). TIA

The B12 will affect test results. If your B12 is too high, do not panic. If you need that much B12 you might find that injections work better for you.

Thank you Hockey_player. I’m hopefully only taking the sublinguals for the moment to prove that B12 supplements help in some way and am prepared to SI if I don’t get any joy from the GP.
