Your B12 levels are high, your MMA and hCys are low. If you had a B12 deficiency then the tablets have more than fixed it. You could probably save a bit of money by taking the methylcobalamin tablets every three or four days rather than daily. But it won’t cause any harm if you keep to the current regimen.

So it means my b12 suppliments are helping me ? What means low MMA n homocysteine?

MMA and hCys are two chemicals tha are used up in reactions mediated by B12 (folate is also involved in he hCys reaction). If you have a B12 deficiency then these two chemicals will build up in the body to high levels. He fact that they’re both low means that you are getting sufficient amounts of both B12 and folate into your cells.

Hi Ari3. The image containing details of your results also displays your name and date of birth. I've therefore deleted the image to protect your personal information / identity (these posts are streamed across several sites and are also available via any internet search).

Posting personal information also contravenes forum guidelines (again, for your protection).
