Has anyone used the Cytoplan B12 Hydroxo sub lingual? Would welcome advice and experiences.

Hi SpringerMom,

I tried sublingual but not that brand and patches. Unfortunately, neither worked for me. I know a few people that sublinguals do work for them (because they are allergic to injections). A couple can run marathons.

Hopefully, others will impart their knowledge.

Thank you Narwhal10. I’ve been ok on sublingual spray so far but thought tabs may be more convenient. Also, the spray is methyl but the tabs are hydroxo.

In theory the type of B12 in a sublingual shouldn't make a diference though anecdotally people do respond in different ways so there wouldn't be any harm to trying and seeing how you get on. I don't know of any specific studies comparing sublingual tablets and sprays and, again, in theory that shouldn't make a difference so, again worth a try to see how you get on.

Yes it's a nice supplement but remember if you have PA you need injections.

I’ve had an MMA test amongst others today so await the results. I’ve been off all supplements for a few weeks now and have really struggled. I started them again this morning and felt so much better by this afternoon.
