Hi...I am about to restart SI b12 but my vits are all low too. What is the best order to start things.

The important one to know is get your B12 boosted before taking B9 - folic acid, if Doctor's tests are important. They work together to build hemoglobin. Treating B9 deficiency can mask B12 deficiency in blood tests. Otherwise you are bound to be run down in lots of things, as B12 is fundamental to your system functioning correctly.

Thank you for your reply. Tĥats great, i will start my injections before folic. I also have ferritin to take... when is best to start that too. 😊

I don't think there's any issue taking all your vitamins together, it's just what the blood tests may conclude. The fundamental thing to get right is enough B12. If your ilium isn't working/is the point of immune system screw up, then B12 doesn't recycle in the system (from the liver store, into the gall bladder, bile duct, and back into the intestines) so that's why lots of folk SI every other day, or even daily.
