Hello All @ Health Unlocked,

I would appreciate any help, I am trying to purchase B12 online,

I am on the 'mycare.de' site filling out the form and can't get past the

"Area code / phone number" mandatory field (I know it sounds silly, I'm a novice),

please can someone just send me a mock example of how they fill it in.

Also isn't there a German site that uses an expensive courier instead of the post office,

I would prefer the p.o., if someone would please let me know which one it is.

Also which syringe and needle gauge for the 1ml ampoules is best please?

Any response greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

You don’t need to get it from abroad- you can get it from Intravita in the UK. This source was recommended to me by b12d.org. The b12 charity can no longer provide it but Intravita sell both methyl and hydroxy versions for injection. Contact details can be found here

intravita.com/

Also there are detailed instructions about injecting on the b12d site. Hope this helps! 😊

Thanks Agapanthus1, I will look at these sites, intravita.com mention selling to clinics - are individual self injectors ok? Why do so many use the German sites, no price list at intravita.com are they more expensive (may be worth it - ?)

Thanks again.

Yes Intravita was recommended to me by the charity and will sell to you. I can’t work out how to upload a photo on here with the price list but if you email Nicola she will send you a price list.

No idea why others buy from abroad. Maybe they don’t know? I used to always get mine from the b12 charity but the methyl I got from Intravita is exactly the same brand.

We buy from abroad as Intravita is about 100 times more expensive!

People buy from abroad , because firstly , no injectables can be obtained in U.K. without a prescription . Intravita somehow manage to get around this I imagine , by offering B12 ampoules for non-medical treatments . i.e weight loss / beauty etc . .They used to obtain their Methylcobalamin ampoules from Arnika Apotheke in Munich , from whom they had the agency . That agreement is now ended , so you can obtain the Methylcobalamin ampoules directly from the manufacturer , Email —.manufaktur@arnika-apo.de They are the only producers in Germany that I have found to supply Methylcobalamin ampoules. Intravita is very expensive , and I’ve always found certain German online pharmacies to be much cheaper for Hydroxocobalamin ampoules .

Hi Agapanthus1,

Just got a email from N. at Intravita - " we no longer supply B12" ?

Do you still buy from them, is it no more new customers?

• Also pls see email in thread below - " can't buy from Germany anymore . . . "

Any knowledge of this, Anyone?

Getting B12 seemed like such a simple hopeful solution at first,

I'm getting discouraged.

Thanks,

_Rose

Hi Rose

Intravita don’t supply to the public at the moment. If you want b12 methylcobalamin ampoules from uk, I get from here:

skinbrighton.co.uk/b12-inje...

More expensive than hydro from Germany I imagine - £200 for 10 ampoule kits with syringes, needles, sharps bins etc.

It’s a great service but not particularly cheap.

Best of luck

Thanks Agapanthus1 & JanD, I will research this.

Seems like I missed out on the good o'l days of Dr. Chandy and the charity, sounds like a

almost revolutionary movement. Too bad I didn't check it out years ago, guess I was too exhausted. Thanks all.

I can’t buy from Germany anymore - there’s been a law change

wedgewood profile image
wedgewood in reply toMrsDee2016

Well I’ve not heard of that . What is the law change ? A German law or a U.K. law ?

Gosh, didn't know that, got mine from them last year. The b12d charity will advise about where you can source it safely. Good luck! 😊

I got a supply of 100 ampoules from Bodfeld Apoteke in Germany at the end of March for £67 including courier. They have an English version of their website but there are the odd sentence in German so just copy that into Google Translate and all becomes clear.

Can someone knows whether I can buy now from Germany or not? I used to order from Germany but lately, I can't buy from there anymore - there's been a law change. Maybe someone knows if we can already make purchases from Germany? My friend said that he recently placed an order, but he's from out of state, so I'm not sure that I can place an order either. I live in Virginia 703 and my friend lives in Texas 737. Maybe all States where the area code starts with 7 can order? livesupportrhino.com/7xx-ar....
