self injecting problem

I posted before about fracturing my shoulder and couldn't self inject one handed, found out that the local pharmacist do B12 injections which solved my problem. Though I should point out I think they would adhere to the NICE recommendations of every 3 months and you obviously have to pay for it, Still any port in a storm

Hi Angie47,

I fell and dislocated my arm and had to have surgery. I was surprised at how dificult everyday tasks are to do with one arm. The healing was a slow process but at the end of it I was able to raise my arm high enough to comb my hair. Mind you t this day I am not able to lay on my right side. Your getting there slow but sure but take it steady and dont try to rush it.

Nice to hear from you and glad to hear you found the washing up sponge useful. Where there's a will there's a way. 🤣

Hi Hi Angie47,

Good to hear that you found someone albeit 3 monthly. I hope you are managing day to day. Simple things like washing, dressing, cooking can be extremely difficult.

Hope you are healing and not in too much pain.

😘
