B12 ampoules

Can't find post but wondered if there was an outcome to only half the amount in .0.5ml rather than 1mg/1ml

Was it an error of user?

Or syringe

Or was it a batch of b12 faulty?

I had one ampoul that was half full = 0.5ml. Another time snapping the ampoule shot a third of the B12 up into the tube I use to do the snapping.
