Getting into that B12 ‘ampoule'!

I wonder if other people struggle to break the tip off? Finally noticed there’s a little dot. If you break it away from the little dot, it breaks easily!! :-)

Hi - mycare.de should take you straight there! Then search for cobalamin. I went for hydroxocobalamin as this is what the GP prescribed! Easy to pay with PayPal. This is the advice I found on this site and so far so good!!!

I am injecting every other day until I feel as good as I can!! My hands are less tingly which makes sewing, writing and knitting a lot easier :-)  Now hoping that I shall get sensation back from my bladder… !

If you look closely you will see a little score just under the dot - where the glass is a bit weaker so it will break at that point.

Thank you - that explains it!!

I think my first attempt to get in was a bit of a disaster - too much brain fog and I'd forgotten about the dot and actually cut myself on the glass - so very easy to do - strange that they don't mention it in the leaflet - though i suppose it isn't a legal requirement like all the blurb about side effects :)

I bought some of these - sepha.com/en/products/view/... - for scoring and breaking ampoules.
