Hello all. I ordered Rotexmedica B12 ampoules from Bodfeld a few days ago and have had a message today saying they are not available from the manufacturer and that I will be refunded. Any suggestions for an alternative? I still have a few boxes from the last time I ordered but they expired in April so not sure if I should still use them as a last resort

Where to get B12 ampoules
Yes there are difficulties at the moment . Something to do with Brexit . I have ordered some Rotexmedica B12 depot. from BODFELD , but I had to pay by Bank transfer . They are not accepting any other payment method at the moment .pharma24.de have Rotexmedica B12 depot 1mg x 1ml at €7.00 for a packet of 10 . courier costs €14.90 no matter how many you buy . The site is in German so you might need to use Google Chrome or a translation app .
Amazon.de also have B12 Depot made by Hevert , but they are 1mg x 2ml ampoules . i.e, Same strength but in twice as much saline . At the moment they don’t have Rotexmedica B12 depot .
You can get this site in English . Some pharmacies that supply Amazon .de do not deliver to U.K. , so you may need to try more than one source .
Make sure that you order B12 DEPOT. B12 ampoules, without the qualifying DEPOT are cynocobalamin, not Hydroxocobalamin. They would work , but need injecting more often
Hop that this helps you . Best wishes
Thanks. I’ll try pharma24.de. I can understand some German. I paid Bodfeld by bank transfer when I ordered the B12 depot but they then advised there was a problem with the manufacturer and refunded me. A bit odd as it is still available to order on their website.
I can’t believe how much you all are paying for B12 ampoules it’s madness
I only paid £43 for 50 ampoules including delivery so at 86p per injection I don’t think that is expensive at all.
Oh My God I pay €30 for 100 ampoules
Tell a lie with postage €45
Please let us know where you bought them and were they Cynocobalamin or Hydroxocobalamin B12 ampoules ? Thanks
My friend sends them to me, he’s German
Cynocobalamin B12 ampoules are cheaper than Hydroxocobalamin.
When I bought Hydroxocobalamin B12 ampoules at a High Street Pharmacy in Germany , the price for them was higher than buying them from a German online pharmacy , who offer many items with discounts , which High street pharmacies do not .
That was ordering with pharma24
I ordered from pharma24 —- 100 Rotexmedica B12 depot ( Hydroxocobalamin) ampoules and they cost €70.30 plus €14.90 courier . Received today ., Unfortunately with a use-by date of June 2022 . I always expect a use -by date of at least 2years . So not very pleased . I have written to complain .
Please let me know if anything comes from your complaint. I also got 100 ampoules from them that expire june 2022. Thanks.
I will . I emailed them , but i’ve heard nothing back I will try to find a phone number . Iam furious about it . They know that we are private people and not a clinic . ... It’s disgraceful . I was not rude to them , but i feel like getting rude !
I have at last received a reply —. “A 6 month use by date is normal practice . 13 months is more than acceptable . We are sorry about this occurrence “ yours etc .... “ I think the membership should be warned , that they only guarantee 6 months use -by date .
I an FURIOUS - all the other German online pharmacies sell ampoules with a use by date of 24 months or longer.
