Hello again can someone tell me if my iron count is in my blood test results..🙏 and if it’s ok?

The only iron related test I can see is Serum ferritin.

Ferritin sometimes gives a good indication of iron levels but not always. For example, if you have some sort of significant inflammation, ferritin will be likely to rise without any change of your iron levels.

74, on the reference interval shown, is probably fine.

Not sure why you chose to post that on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum?

Pernicious Anaemia is, basically, vitamin B12 deficiency caused by an inability to absorb B12 from food. (Low or no Intrinsic Factor in the stomach causes it as that substance is required in order to absorb B12.)

The confusion of the name referring to Anaemia is very common.
