I ordered 100 ampules of b12 1500mcg on 20th March from Apohealth from their website (cost EUR100.22) and received an email confirmation of the order and payment received. A week later I emailed Apohealth to get an update as there was no info on Deutsche Post tracking number. They confirmed that the order had been despatched.
Next day (28th March) the package was delivered and upon opening it a green and orange cuddly toy jumped out! No B12, though🤔. I emailed Apo immediately and received an apology and a request to photo the contents and package (which I did by return) and to await their decision whether I should return the package or not. They also said I would unfortunately have to re-order (and re-pay, of course!). Of course, I won't do this until I have email confirmation that they'll refund on the original order and I told them this. Since then I've received no communication despite 3 chasing emails.
I understand that mistakes can occur but a total lack of communication for over a week is inexcusable. I can't see any likelihood of receiving a refund now and I most definitely won't be ordering from them again. (I have ordered from them in the past at least once.)
Be warned!
P.S.
If I do receive an answer (and a refund) I'll update on this.

Found this post from four months ago about someone having a problem ordering from German Apohealth. The order was cancelled by Apohealth and payment refunded. The comments show more people having trouble with their orders from the same company, but no one was given a toy instead!
My first thought. I checked the flap seals on the box and they were all intact and showed no signs of tampering - ditto the address label which bore the correct contents description - b12 ampoules. I think apohealth must use a general goods type of warehouse distributor rather than despatch items themselves and someone there must have slapped the right label on the wrong box. The box itself could never have held the b12 ampules - it's much too small.
I hope that apohealth put that right for you Scipio99- . I’ve been using them without a problem ( That’s no comfort to you !) Your idea of how it could have happened sounds logical .
No, Mastercard. I stopped using Paypal after their amendment of terms & conditions a few months ago when they threatened to (and did!) withhold funds of organisations they disapproved of.
I note that Apohealth provide the opportunity to contribute a better translation for items on their website. I suspect that 'Cuddly Toy' would soon be spotted. However, I might be tempted myself!
You may have been dealing with a fake website. Get in touch with your card provider asap you may be covered for a refund. The request for another payment seems very suspicious.
An update on my lack of progress with Apohealth. Following several emails to them in the last two months I've had no reply of any kind and am resigned to losing the money (nearly £100 as I remember). Last week I ordered 2 x 10 ampoules of hydroxo 1000 mcg from another German site - apotal.de - expiry 12/2025 Hevert. Received today! No prescription requested. Very reasonable price and postage.
