Dont worry — it’s only temporary with mycare.de . They will resume shipping to U.K. in the new year .

Oh why have they stopped temporarily? They let me put in my basket but wouldnt let me pay for it!!

I got my daughter , who lives in Germany , to phone them, to ask why . The U.K. has been ordering a lot of B12 ampoules from them and they had put a quota limit on U.K. orders , which had been exceeded . That’s what they said anyhow . They said they would start sending again in the New Year . None of the other German suppliers do this .

Sorry to be such a twit, but how do I translate the page, I don't have a clue? I'd love to order and self-inject. I mean from versandapo. Or is it better to order from some other place? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. A site that is in English would be easier. Thanks again. Determined to work this all out in the end. x

You can get a translation app . I’m sorry I can’t advise you on how to go about it . I know that several forum members use an app for translation . I don’t need to because I’m fluent in German having lived over there for 19 years . Someone will come to your help — send a post with the heading asking for help with using a translation app .

Thankyou wedgewood. Ive worked out that the payment has gone through...... 🙂

Will look the transaltion apps up. Downloaded one that works well. Thanks. 😊😊

Thankyou for your help. Really appreciate it. My doctor will only offer me two monthly jabs at present. Its not enough....lol.

No , we all have different requirements , but why can’t they see that ? I inject once a week . I know someone who injects twice a day to keep well. And in actual fact it’s so cheap ! Just over £1.00 -you can’t get a cup of coffee for that !

So true! Currently Im injecting every other day. I had terrible tremors that the neurologist diagnosed as a rare form of orthostatic tremor (they dont know what causes orthostatic tremors & there is no known effective treatment.) .....hes been amazed that my tremors have much diminished since being on b12 injections. I made the decision to go on high frequency injections of b12 on my todd. He wants to research it. I have asked if he will write to my GP recommending the dose and injections every other day. All of this has taken over 6 months already.....glad I didnt wait for the NHS to catch up as I worry about what long term damage woild have been done!

I downloaded the free app 'My language.' So I could translate their emails. I paid via my Amazon account so you dont have to input your details or payment card -Amazon do it. That just leaves you to select the product which they show photographs off so I could do that from looking at the product I already have. Hope that helps.

I ordered the needles etc from a uk website.

For translation I use the Chrome Browser which has an option to translate whole web pages.

For emails I use google translate translate.google.co.uk and cut ‘n’ paste

I have downloaded the google chrome app and once you go on versandapo it gives you the option to translate you may have to press translate on each page you go to but it’s fab 😊
