Backpain & tiredness and legs (from waist down)

Good day everyone. It's been a month since my B12 injections. I have back pain on my spine, I really do not know how to explain it, but its like a combination of pain and being tired, so uncomfortable. i can't seat or stand. Also joint pains from the waist going down the thigh to the knee especially on the right side.

My back is like always tired. I have to ease it by laying facing up and try to bend backwards. Ribs and shoulders as well. Any suggestions on this 😭

If it were me, I’d make an appointment with a physio. They might be able to diagnose the problem.

I get this and it's eased with a b12 injection .You may need more .

Pysio helps.

Ive had loads now.

I don't understand why joint pains are eased by b12 but definitely are.

I get a better nights sleep and don't have to have s pillow between my knees .

i tried but its a short-term remedy when the deficiency is still there! I have exactly the same problem that makes walking hard for me after half an hour! My back muscles get stiffed and tired!!! Its been almost 2 months since I started SI, i guess back pain the last symtome to be disapeard🥲

So sorry you are suffering. I had the persistent back pain as you describe. It was relentless and kept me from doing so much. Evolved to being almost completely immobile. Ended up being vitamin D3 deficiency and PA. Required following the NICE treatment guidelines for PA with neuro symptoms and high daily doses of D3 with K2 as cofactor. Within 2-4weeks the pain decreased significantly! Please consider increasing b12 and folic acid and to take D3.

I have very similar symptoms. I had these when I was diagnosed, and they have come back after 2 months.

The best explanation I have is oxygen deprivation of the muscles and nerves, caused by anaemia.
