Is it possible to have B12D with normal Active B12 levels?

Hi everyone,

I posted earlier today about my progress so far. I'm still trying to understand this whole thing and whether B12D is at the root of my problems. So my question is:

When I have sent off for medichecks blood tests for Active B12, this has shown levels of initially 89 pm/L(37.5-188). Once I started any supplements, it's remained at >top of range.

Is it possible to have PA/B12D with such elevated Active B12 levels, or are my symptoms due to something else?
