I think something amazing has happened today π€I have been at my desk today and then carried on into the evening and I finished at 10 pm. I noticed my teeth π¬were aching and my tinnitus was very loud but apart from that I felt fine.
I went to do my PA journal and β¦ guess what π€ today is SI day usually at 8pm. I didnβt decline hours before π₯³π first time! I have taken my B12 albeit late as busy few days ahead
Is this a good sign that my body is healing??
TIA as always!

Very interested to read in your post that your teeth ache and tinnitus worsen when you need B12. I've experienced increasing tooth problems as the PA developed undiagnosed and am having to deal now with the dental fallout now. And my tinnitus can be very loud if I become stressed and am B12 deficient between shots. So thanks for your post.
thank you Orchard for responding. My teeth are ultra sensitive at the moment not to hot and cold necessarily but air and strong odours such as talc or bleach. What a curious π§ lot we are! π
We really are a highly individual quirky lot. And PA is capricious and hard to pin down. It is only fellow sufferers who can begin to understand the nuances of it. GPs don't.We really do have to know ourselves to get through the initiation stage and learn how to manage life, living with PA.
I ended up with tooth abcesses and lost teeth before the treatment could take effect. My teeth are much better but I'm still dealing with a backlog of dental issues a year after diagnosis. Undiagnosed PA has rather a long shadow.
Interesting, I have toothache at times and my dentist can not get to the bottom of it and my tinnitus goes berserk when I am stressed and just before my jab is due and if I am unwell such as a cold coming on.
There is a definite improvement in generous but my teeth are driving my nuts - especially the upper ones at the front - a constant feeling of a cross between a very cold ice cream and excessive vibration if that makes any sense. I just hope it doesnβt last for too long!
