I’ve just had a frustrating day. I placed an order with a German pharmacy - Apohealth for two boxes of 100 pack b12 ampoules. UPS delivered my order and to my shock, 19 of the 100 ampoules were smashed and leaked everywhere. I presume this happened when they checked it at customs. They didn’t reseal the box and it’s probably just been chucked during delivery. I’ve lodged a damage claim, which is just a hassle.
Very angry and fed up. 😡

I had the same from Apohealth this week although only 5 were smashed. Not sure if I'll complain or not as not as many damaged as yours but it's frustrating. On a positive note, delivery was only 4 days, thought it was to good to be true when I got the expected delivery date. Hope you get sent some replacements.
I had a delivery from Versandpo a few weeks ago and the packaging was very poorly done. The box was 4 times the size it needed to be and the packs were just loose inside with no protective packaging. One pack had opened and the vials had come out but fortunately none were broken.
That is indeed very disappointing. Carriers are so careless with items now. I had a ring delivered and it was gorgeous when I opened the box. However, when I took it out to try it on, the band had been squashed flat. It must have been something damn heavy that was able to flatten a thick gold band in a proper ring box. If they can do that, it would be no hassle for them to break glass ampoules.
Fantastic news. I was given a refund by Apohealth. They initially refunded me €15.43 (£13.47), but I made it known to them that this is insufficient for 19 broken vials, considering they sell 10 vials for €14.78 (12.94). They swiftly increased the refund amount to €25.20 (£21.16) which I think is fair.
Overall I’m pretty pleased, as I’m sure UPS would have dragged this out for weeks if not months. I’m pleased that Apohealth took it upon themselves to issue a part refund.
I did inform them that there are a number of people in the UK (English speaking nations) that rely on German pharmacies for B12. I suggested that in future, they use more protective packaging and perhaps label packaging in English with ‘handle with care’ to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
A small caveat to those purchasing 100pk b12. I suggest not buying more than one 100pk boxes per transaction as it’s likely to incur customs charge, which I didn’t anticipate. I had to pay UPS £41.94 for it to be released and delivered. Just a heads up.
I sent two identical emails in English and German with photos of the damaged items attached. They responded to both in English and in German. I used the Google translate app and copied and pasted the German translation into the email.
Yes the customer charges have always been due. Currently its due on anything for which we have paid more than £135. Below that no customer charges apply.
