Heat degradation of B12

Hello all, I hope you are all well.

Does anyone know if heat affects cyano as much as hydroxy B12 or equally the same?

I am thinking of giving cyano a try but was wondering if it is more stable, with regards to temperature, so as to order some during this hot weather period or hold off until it all cools down?

ny thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

hank you all.

My cyano says to store under 25°c so I'm keeping it on the top shelf of the refrigerator WorkingProgress

I wish you well

It's supposed to be a bit more stable but I've seen 30C as the limit for some brands, and clivealive says 25C! I would wait if you can.

As hydroxocobalamin seems to be very heat stable and the "below 25°C" seems to be applied as a general standard for most medicines not requiring specific, lower temperatures, I guess it is fine. I've subjected mine to all sorts of temperature fluctuations in a car and had no problems or obvious loss of efficacy with any "abused" ampoules.

There is a sense from anecdotes on here and other groups that cyanocobalamin is at least as stable as hydroxocobalamin, if not more so.

Do keep it in the dark though. Neither is anywhere near so stable in UV light.
